In today’s rapidly shifting business landscape, organisations must respond swiftly and strategically to evolving market conditions. Effective decision‑making requires a careful evaluation of multiple factors to ensure that each action taken supports long‑term growth while minimising potential risks and losses. Business Analysts (BAs) play a critical role in this process, providing the insight, structure, and analytical rigour needed to guide organisations through change and position them for sustained success.
